Trench & Gully Covers
Dura Slab Light is often used in loading and storage areas. Other applications include food processing facilities where covered walkways prohibit contamination to work surfaces below. It is also suitable where Dura Slab Light provides a walking surface and controls subsurface odours. Other uses include walkways over tank tops and vats.

Service Duct Covers
Dura Slab Light is manufactured with chemical resistant resin and includes a fibreglass a gritted plate cover to any standard grating thickness. Dura Slab Light offers a strong, level surface for foot or wheeled traffic and provides approximately 30% higher stiffness values than open mesh grating. The standard grit-top surface provides perfect anti-slip flooring. Alternatively, a checker-plate top surface may be desirable where fork lift truck operations take place. The smoother surface will allow loaded trucks to turn more easily.

British Standard Test Results
The B.S. 4592 test was devised to test and assess the slip resistance of industrial type flooring intended for use in water and wet areas. A co-efficient of friction (CoF) is calculated by determining the mean angle of inclination that an operator can safely maintain when the flooring is subjected to a continuous stream of water.
